Standard Service
One pet – feed, water, clean bowls, bins, mail/papers, poop scoop or litter tray, cuddles and/or walks, accident clean ups, basic medication, security check plus our Guardian Angel TLC!

Two pets – feed, water, clean bowls, bins, mail/papers, poop
Scoop and /or litter tray, cuddles and/or walks, accident clean ups, basic medication, security check plus our Guardian Angel TLC. Also includes watering up to 6 -8 pot plants all seasons.

Premier Service
Three or more pets (up to 5) – Feed, water, clean bowls, bins, Mail/papers, poop scoop/ litter tray/ cage/hutch clean, cuddles and/or walks, accident clean ups, basic medication, security check, water 6- 8 pot plants (if required).

Twice daily visits available. Fees to be ascertained according to requirements. All service packages are a base rate & guideline and may be adjusted according to your needs.
Cancellation Policy
10 days notice required or 50% of fee is payable (notification required by 12 noon)
48 hours notice or less - full amount payable (notification required by 12 noon)
Active Pet Services
Dog Walking
Walks are governed by your dogs age, health and fitness during the initial consultation and behavioural assessment. All present training and walking methods are reinforced.
Dogs must be trained to walk on the lead and not pull. They must not show aggression toward other dogs, other animals or people and have no bite history.
One Dog
30 min walk — $30
45 min walk — $37
60 min walk — $48
Additional Dog — $10 each
(Additional Travel Fees outside 15km radius of Woy Woy)
Pet Chauffeur
If you can’t transport your pet to the vet or groomer– we can help!
(This service and fees apply if your pet needs to go to the vet whilst we are pet sitting for you.)
Return Trip — $45
Vet Waiting Time — $10/20min
Additional Travel — $0.8/km (Over 5km)
Other Charges
Initial consultation is free. $25 fee applies if follow up consultation required for any reason ie change of address, new pets to meet
$35 surcharge per day applies to all Public Holidays
$20 surcharge for last minute booking (Less than 48 hours notice)
$25 surcharge if we need to buy your pet food or supplies of any kind
$40 per hour charge for any additional time spent at the property due to unexpected event - emergency/security/disaster situation
