Cancellation Policy

  • Notification required by 12 noon

  • 10 days notice or less 50% of full amount payable

  • 48 hours notice or less – full amount payable

  • Pre- paid fees are not transferable to another day

Payment Conditions

  • All accounts are to be paid in full prior to service commencing. No exceptions.

  • An invoice will be emailed prior to our first visit date.

  • All payment details will be on your invoice. Please use invoice number and surname as reference.

  • We accept cash or direct deposit.
